Training Sessions

The options listed below are merely suggestive based on our personal experience coaching soccer at many different levels, from a player lacing up the boots for the first time, to the high-level player seeking a scholarship offer. Remember, YOU tell us what you want to improve and we will cultivate a program around YOUR needs! If anything you are seeking isn’t on the list, let us know & we’ll add it to your personal program!

Beginner Sessions

New to the beautiful game

  • 1-0n-1 Training & Small Group
    (Community Camps coming soon!)

  • Primary focus on soccer skill-building basics - First Touch, Dribbling, Passing, & Shooting

  • Light speed & agility work using provided speed & agility equipment

  • Light strength building & fitness work using body weight & equipment provided as well as injury prevention techniques

  • Field & positional awareness (especially if you are learning positions & basic tactics)

  • Building confidence & mental strength as a new player both on and off the ball

  • Tryout preparation for club, middle school, or high school teams

Intermediate Sessions

  • Higher level soccer skill-building basics

    • Dribbling - Ball control, change of pace & direction, and field awareness

    • Passing - First touch, passing accuracy, using both feet, & utilizing short/long/chipped/driven passes

    • Shooting - Power vs. Finesse, accuracy, using both feet, & mastering different shooting angles & techniques

  • Speed & agility work using provided speed & agility equipment

  • Strength building & game fitness work using body weight and provided equipment

  • Field awareness, mastering positional play as a defender, midfielder, or forward, & understanding more advanced tactics

  • Building confidence, physical & mental strength, & how to communicate on the field

  • Tryout preparation for club, middle school, or high school teams

Advanced Sessions

Mastering the beautiful game

  • 1-on-1 Training & Small Group Training
    (Community Camps coming soon!)

  • Advanced soccer skill-building

    • Using your first touch as a weapon

    • Receiving, shielding, creating space on first touch, & turning

    • Tight ball control, quick change of pace & direction, body feints

    • Effective short, long, driven, & chipped passing to teammates to put them on the front foot & open up space

    • Shooting with both feet accurately with power & finesse using the angles provided by the defender

  • Heavier focus on positional play as most advanced players have established positions

    • Defensive tackling, marking, positioning, communication, & 1-on-1 vs backline (4 or 3) defending

    • Midfield marking, positioning, passing to create space, communication, and movement on and off the ball

    • Forward runs, checks, communication, positioning, movement to create space, & finishing under pressure

  • Advanced speed & agility work

  • Advanced strength building & mastering your in-game fitness based on position

  • Advanced injury prevention exercise & stretch to prevent typical overuse injuries

  • Set piece creation & practice

  • Advanced field awareness & tactics

  • Tryout preparation for high level club, Varsity, ID camps, or college-level soccer

  • Film breakdown or film study via HUDL or VEO

  • Player highlight film creation (based on hourly rate if you want me to create or I can walk you through it step by step)

  • Recruiting help - Building a college soccer resume, highlight film, how to contact, & what to expect in the recruiting process

    • Home Base - Cedar Park - Cedar Park HS grass fields or Milburn Park

    • Lakeway - Lake Travis HS grass fields or Aux turf

    • Westlake Hills - Westlake HS turf field 1/2/3 or Onion Creek Park

    • Leander - Brushy Creek or Williamson County Park

    • Round Rock - Brushy Creek or Fern Bluff Park

    • Any suitable field, park, or patch of grass near you. We are also expanding so inquire if your location isn’t mentioned above. Remember, we’re mobile & want to make travel for training convenient for you!

  • Sessions are available throughout the day beginning at 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. throughout the summer months. (group sessions will fill the 7:00 p.m. time slot starting in mid-July 2025). Check out our availability on our appointments page!

  • 1-on-1 Private Training - $120 per session

    Group Training - $90 per player (One group session per week @ the Cedar Park location starting in July)
